Micic started his professional career in Serbia and has played for teams such as Mega Bemax and Zalgiris Kaunas. He joined Anadolu Efes Istanbul in 2018 and has since become one of the top point guards in European basketball. Known for his playmaking ability and basketball IQ, Micic has led Anadolu Efes to several successful seasons in the Turkish Basketball Super League and the EuroLeague. He has also represented the Serbian national team in international competitions.
